Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rofee, we strive to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and various Delta, Upper Egypt, and Canal governorates). If your area is not listed or you wish to inquire about international shipping, please contact us.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping within Cairo and Giza: EGP 50.
• Shipping to other governorates: EGP 70.
• Free shipping: We offer free shipping on orders exceeding EGP 1,000.
• Express shipping: Available for select areas at an additional cost, delivered within 24–48 hours.

3. Delivery Times

• Cairo and Giza: Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Other governorates: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.

Note: Business days do not include weekends (Friday and Saturday) or official public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment status with the courier.

5. Packaging

We carefully pack all orders to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. Bags are securely wrapped in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective materials to safeguard them from impact during transit.

6. Receipt and Signature

Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery the following day.

7. Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issue with your shipment (such as an unjustified delay or damaged outer packaging), please contact our customer service team immediately at Rofee.brand@gmail.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue with the courier.

8. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this shipping and delivery policy at any time in line with courier updates. Any changes will be published on this page.
